There was a public consultation at West Stafford village hall on Saturday 14th October 2023 between 10am and 4pm. This was followed up by additional consultation sessions in Tincleton, West Stafford and West Knighton.

It gave residents who live in West Stafford, West Knighton, Tincleton and Woodsford, and other interested party’s, a chance to find out more and have a say about:
- The Vision and Objectives of the Neighbourhood Plan
- Sites that have been put forward for possible housing development as part of the Neighbourhood Plan
- Valued local greenspaces and views
- The design, size mix, affordability etc. of any houses that are built
- Any other considerations that we should include in a Neighbourhood Plan like searching for land for new village halls; considering land for solar energy; improving footpaths, bridleways and cycleway quality and connectivity; etc.
Members of the steering group were available to provide information and answer questions.
Paper copies of the survey form were available on the day and there were opportunities to complete the survey form online from October 14th – November 13th.
